1. Technical Requirements

• Setup Time: At each new location or move, the videographer requires 10 minutes to deploy and calibrate equipment. Please account for this timing in the event schedule.

• Audio Feed: The sound engineer must provide two independent mono channels (via XLR):
       Channel A: Vocals only (microphones for guests and   the host).
       Channel B: Full mix (sum of microphones and background music).

2. SDE / On-site Editing Requirements
To ensure the timely delivery of the Same Day Edit (SDE) during the event, the following must be provided:
• Workspace: A dedicated desk and a chair.
• Location: A quiet room or a designated area near the filming location (to ensure fast data transfer).
• Power Supply: At least one accessible and functional power outlet (220V) directly at the workspace.

3. Hospitality & Catering
Meals:
     • Light snacks available throughout the day.
     • One hot meal (hot dinner).
Beverages:
     • Still water provided throughout the entire day.
     • Special Bonus: If possible, a matcha latte with plant-based milk would be a very pleasant and inspiring bonus.
